What is ScootGo?
ScootGo is a UAE-focused app that helps customers discover participating local shops nearby, browse products, and place orders with shops that may serve their area.
Can I browse without creating an account?
You may browse first, but some actions such as saving favorites, placing orders, or managing orders may require an account.
What types of shops can I find?
You can find participating local shops across everyday categories such as grocery, butcher and meat shops, fruits and vegetables, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, flowers, laundry, pharmacy, pet supplies, and stationery. What you see depends on shops active near your location.

ScootGo shows nearby participating shops based on your area. Availability may vary as we expand to more neighborhoods and shops join the platform.

Where is ScootGo available?
ScootGo is launching in selected UAE areas. Availability depends on rollout and participating shops near you.
Why does ScootGo ask for location?
ScootGo uses location to show shops that may serve your area and to help reflect availability based on each shop's delivery coverage.
Why do I see different shops in different areas?
Nearby participating shops and each shop's delivery coverage can differ by location, so what you see may change when your area changes.

Orders

How do I place an order?
Open the ScootGo app, browse participating shops near you, add items to your cart, and submit your order in the app. Available shops and products depend on your location and each shop's stock.
Can I track my order?
After you place an order, you can follow its status in the app as the shop processes and fulfills it. Status updates depend on the shop's workflow.
Why might a product be unavailable?
Products reflect what each shop has in stock at the time you browse. Items may be unavailable if stock changes, if the shop updates availability, or if an item is not offered at that shop.
Can available products vary by shop?
Yes. Each participating shop manages its own products, prices, and stock, so what you see can differ from one shop to another.
Who do I contact about an order?
For help with a specific order, contact customer support and include your registered mobile number and order details. The shop fulfilling your order handles preparation and fulfillment.

Account

When do I need to sign in?
You may browse without signing in, but signing in is typically required to save favorites, place orders, and manage your account and order history.
How do favorites work?
You can save favorite shops for quicker access when you are signed in. Favorites require an account so your saved shops stay linked to you.
How do I reset my password?
Use the forgot-password option in the ScootGo app if you signed up with a password. If you need further help, contact customer support.
How do I request account deletion?
See the account deletion page for how to request deletion of your customer account. Processing and retention details are described in our Privacy Policy.
How do I contact support?
Visit our customer support page or email support@scootgo.app. Support is currently available via email only.

Shop owners

How can my shop join ScootGo?
Start on the For Shops page or contact shop owner support to learn about joining. ScootGo works with partner shops during onboarding.
What types of shops can join?
ScootGo is focused on everyday local businesses such as groceries, butcher and meat shops, fruits and vegetables, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, flowers, laundry, pharmacy, pet supplies, and stationery. Availability depends on your area and category fit during the early launch period.
What is ScootGo Shop?
ScootGo Shop is the mobile app for partner shops to manage products, stock, working hours, and incoming customer orders. Learn more on the Shop App page.
Can I manage products from my phone?
Yes. You can add, edit, and organize products from the ScootGo Shop mobile app, including barcode-assisted setup where supported.
Can I update prices and stock?
Yes. You can update stock levels and prices from your phone so customers see current availability and pricing.
How does delivery coverage work?
You configure the areas your shop can serve. ScootGo is location-aware, so customers see shops based on their location and each shop's delivery coverage. Your shop can be shown to customers in areas you can serve.
Is ScootGo available for all UAE areas?
ScootGo is launching in selected UAE areas. Availability depends on rollout and participating shops in your neighborhood.
