Delete your ScootGo account

This page is for buyers / customer ScootGo accounts.

What deletion means

  • Your account access may be disabled.
  • Saved profile and address data may be deleted or de-identified once the request is completed.
  • Active orders may need to be completed or cancelled before we can finish processing the request.
  • Some order or transaction records may be retained where legally required (or for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention).

How to request deletion

Email support@scootgo.app with the subject Account Deletion Request.

Please include:

  • Registered email or mobile number
  • Full name (if available)
  • Reason (optional)

Processing time

We will review and process eligible requests within a reasonable period. Deletion is request-based and may not be immediate.

Please note that we may retain certain limited data even after deletion if necessary for legitimate reasons, such as:

  • Security and fraud prevention.
