Delete your ScootGo account
This page is for buyers / customer ScootGo accounts.
What deletion means
- Your account access may be disabled.
- Saved profile and address data may be deleted or de-identified once the request is completed.
- Active orders may need to be completed or cancelled before we can finish processing the request.
- Some order or transaction records may be retained where legally required (or for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention).
How to request deletion
Email support@scootgo.app with the subject Account Deletion Request.
Please include:
- Registered email or mobile number
- Full name (if available)
- Reason (optional)
Processing time
We will review and process eligible requests within a reasonable period. Deletion is request-based and may not be immediate.

Please note that we may retain certain limited data even after deletion if necessary for legitimate reasons, such as:
- Security and fraud prevention.
- Handling existing disputes.
- Meeting legal or regulatory obligations.
- Internal operational reporting (which is aggregated and does not identify you).
