This policy describes how we handle data for businesses using the ScootGo Shop app in the United Arab Emirates.

Information We Collect

• Business Details: Shop name, trade license information, and shop address.
• Contact Info: Email address and mobile number.
• Operational Data: Delivery coverage areas (defined on a map) and product information.
• Media: Product photos you take or upload via the app.

Location Usage

While the app is in use, we use location data to set your shop's position and allow you to define your delivery area on the map. We do not track location in the background.

How We Use Your Data

• To verify your shop and list your products for buyers.
• To notify you when a new order is placed.
• To generate internal business reports (e.g., number of orders and monthly totals).

Technical Infrastructure

We use Supabase and Cloudflarefor authentication, hosting, and storage. Product photos are stored using Cloudflare's infrastructure (R2).
